YWahine In Business Incubator is a 7-week course offers business fundamentals for new and early startups. This cohort provides early-start and growth entrepreneurs with insight, knowledge, and resources for a stronger future. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. All entrepreneurs are welcome and not limited to woman-owned businesses!

DATES: February 17 - April 16, 2026

  • Classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Mandatory Orientation on Tuesday, January 27 at 5:30pm (online via Zoom)

  • Graduation will be in-person on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 5:30-7:30pm

TIME: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

  • Orientation and classes will be held in a hybrid model with the cohort rotating both online and in-person at YWCA O'ahu, Downtown Honolulu. Any neighbor island attendees will be able to attend all sessions online.

Cost: $100 (Valued at $600)

The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance is a 10-month program designed for professional women leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to personal growth, professional impact, and community leadership. This program further develops management and leadership skills in an effort to increase the representation of women executives in Hawai‘i. Through facilitated sessions, the cohort will have the opportunity to engage directly with established business professionals and build alliances with fellow Mink Leaders.

Time Commitment:

This is a 10-month program culminating in a Graduation Ceremony. Over the 10 months, attendance is required at 18 of the 20 sessions in order to graduate with a certificate.

Expectations:

This program is designed to advance management and leadership skills. The cohort will have the opportunity to engage directly with established business professionals and build alliances with fellow Mink Leaders.
