About the Event

The CARES Act established a tax credit program for employers who retained employees on the job in 2020 and the American Rescue Plan dramatically liberalized that program both in terms of the dollars available for employers and the time in which they can be claimed. Come hear from Lelah Martinez, IRS Sr. Stakeholder Liaison, as she outlines the details of how this very generous program might benefit your company.
