Over the past five years the number of women-owned businesses increased by 21%, resulting in 12 million woman-owned businesses nationwide.

As of 2022, women made up 46.9 % of workers and owned 46.2% of businesses.

YWCA Oʻahu is committed to equipping Hawaiʻi’s women entrepreneurs with the tools and resources that they need in order to start, grow, and lead their businesses. It is an honor to get to know and support these amazing women entrepreneurs.
