The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance was launched in 2016 to increase the representation of women executives in Hawai‘i. This 10-month program is designed for professional women leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to personal growth, professional impact, and community leadership. Participants will further develop their management and leadership skills in an effort to increase the representation of women executives in Hawai‘i.
